The Crusader Journal returns with The Winter Issue – Volume #30
The Crusader, Journal of Intrepid Adventure, is a magazine designed by the folks at TLG. Its foundation lies in the early Seeker Zine which combined gaming philosophy with humor, tips and pointers for the community as a whole.
This issue is brought to you by Managing Editor Jeremy Farkas and graphic designer Mel Henning. Within you’ll find a myriad of seasonal delights to amaze and inspire you this Holiday season!
What’s inside:
- Tally of Fiends– A madcap adventure mashup of Rankin-Bass specials and Bladerunner of all things, by Stephen Chenault (because who else would be demented enough to do that?)
- Holiday demons plucked from the Icelandic tradition by Jason Vey
- A thoughtful article on the use of weather in games, and how to get the most mileage out of snow and ice, by Jack T. Crawford
- New spells, and rules for playing kobolds as player characters in Castles & Crusades and similar systems.
- Ready-made adventure hooks of a seasonal bent, by Grace Carras
- Further tales of mythology both historic and imagined!
- And Much More!
